Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to CapitalPath, including our website, digital educational products, downloads, templates, and related support.
1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing CapitalPath, buying a product, opening an account, downloading materials, or using any related resource, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use CapitalPath. If you use CapitalPath on behalf of a business or team, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Digital Products
CapitalPath sells digital educational materials and methods about evaluating capital-access routes for traders. These may include written guides, checklists, decision frameworks, examples, templates, and process materials. We may update, replace, or retire parts of the product over time to keep the material practical.
3. Educational Scope
CapitalPath provides education and decision-support materials only. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, trading, accounting, or regulatory advice.
4. No Guaranteed Outcome
We do not guarantee funding, approvals, payouts, profits, loss reduction, or acceptance by any third-party program.
5. Purchases, Access, and Refunds
Prices, included materials, and access periods are the ones shown at checkout or on the applicable product page at the time of purchase. Because our products are digital, access may begin immediately after purchase.
Except for CapitalPath Operator as set out below, every CapitalPath order includes the 7-day Enter-or-Refund guarantee. If you do not think the order was worth what you paid, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of that order. You do not need to prove a trading outcome or finish every included material. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, and product access is revoked after refund. We may deny requests connected to fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or redistribution of the materials.
CapitalPath Operator — The First Verdict Guarantee
For an Operator order, the First Verdict Guarantee replaces the standard 14-day window. To qualify, follow the Quickstart with your own strategy, or let Research Mode choose one. If, within 30 calendar days after purchase, you do not reach all three: a compiled EA, a completed Strategy Tester run, and an ADVANCE, REVISE, or REJECT verdict, email [email protected] to request a full refund. The refund is returned to the original payment method and Operator access is revoked after refund; you keep the Edge guides either way. We do not guarantee profit, a passed challenge, funding, payouts, or any other trading outcome.
CapitalPath Operator — Buyer Acknowledgements
Before an Operator checkout can open, you must confirm that you have Windows 10 or 11, MetaTrader 5 Build 6060 or later, and a compatible AI agent (Codex or Claude). You must also have the required AI subscription with MCP access and your broker's real tick data for the instruments you test. These third-party services, their access, and their fees are not included with Operator.
CapitalPath Operator — Immediate Digital Delivery
Where Operator is available for purchase, checkout requires your express consent to immediate access to digital content and your acknowledgement that you waive the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for that content. The First Verdict Guarantee above remains available on its stated terms.
CapitalPath Operator — 12-Month Update Window
An eligible Operator purchase includes a 12-month update window beginning on the purchase date. An update means an additional Operator workspace material that CapitalPath publishes during that period. It does not promise any minimum number, frequency, type, or compatibility of updates, and does not extend the window. Third-party services, brokers, markets, AI agents, and MetaTrader may change or become unavailable outside our control.
6. Account and Access Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login details, purchase links, private downloads, and member-only materials secure. You may not share, resell, publish, scrape, copy, mirror, or redistribute CapitalPath materials without written permission. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, shared outside the buyer's household or team license, used for fraud, or used in a way that harms CapitalPath or other users.
7. Intellectual Property
CapitalPath materials, page content, product structure, methods, copy, designs, videos, downloads, and other intellectual property are owned by CRX INTERNATIONAL LLC or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own internal educational purposes. It does not transfer ownership or grant resale, sublicensing, public teaching, commercial copying, or distribution rights.
8. Third-Party Services and Providers
CapitalPath may discuss or link to third-party platforms, prop firms, brokers, payment processors, analytics tools, community tools, or other services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their decisions, rules, fees, outages, representations, denials, account actions, or terms. Review third-party terms before relying on any route or provider.
We may receive affiliate or referral compensation if you use certain third-party links. This does not change your responsibility to review the provider's current terms before acting.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use CapitalPath to violate laws, misrepresent your identity or credentials, evade provider rules, commit fraud, infringe intellectual property, attack or overload the website, reverse engineer private systems, or interfere with another user's access. You may not present CapitalPath materials as personalized advice or as a guarantee from us or any third party.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
CapitalPath is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the materials accurate and useful, but information can become outdated, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular user. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CRX INTERNATIONAL LLC disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, trading-loss, loss-of-data, denial-of-funding, or business-interruption damages arising from your use of CapitalPath.
11. Changes to CapitalPath or These Terms
We may update products, pricing, access features, support channels, and these Terms. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to make the updated terms available. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer protection law in your location requires otherwise.
